Unique accelerator is now running
Six companies investing in developing or developing a new service offering. An intensive and comprehensive series of meetings where they work with different tools and methods to test new ideas, offers and business models.
Over six months, they will translate theory into practical action through workshops, coaching individually and in groups.
Together with internally gathered knowledge, which is supplemented with external cutting-edge expertise, we have a broad and solid knowledge bank available to support the companies in the process.
The accelerator is built on three modules with different focus areas that have been identified as important for digitizing and streamlining your offer. Each module begins with a lecture where we look at methods and processes that we then work through in workshop format. The company is then coached individually. Each module ends with an exchange of experiences to share each other's knowledge and lessons.
Module 1. Customer & Offer - 19 October
Module 2. Marketing & Sales - 16 November
Module 3. Team & Competence to take the company forward - 18 January
The companies are phased between the modules and have access to individual business development with their own coach. They also have the opportunity to use space on the Co-working surface at A Working Lab at Johanneberg Science Park during the acceleration process.
